Its deep colour surprises us with its brightness and vivacity. A very beautiful material made up of rich and elegant tannins ensures this wine a perfect balance. The long and sustained finish heralds a long ageing potential.

Maceration for 15 days, moderate pumping over to avoid over-extraction. Fermentation at low temperature (27° maxi). Pneumatic pressing. Very low sulphur content (SO2) during breeding, maintained at 16 mg/l during breeding.

Mechanical with on-board sorting (selecprocess from Pellenc) followed by manual sorting on a vibrating table.

Magnum 1.5L, Bottle 75cl and 37,5cl
