Under its bright pink colour, it has a very aromatic nose of fresh fruit, a frank and direct attack on the palate, with a harmoniously fruity texture, revealing aromas of passion fruit, peach and a hint of grapefruit.

Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation at 16-17°C to favour thiols, then at 14°C to develop esthers. Sulphiting at 3 g/l of residual sugars. Very low sulphur content (SO2) during breeding, maintained at 16 mg/l during breeding.

Mechanics with on-board sorting (selecprocess from Pellenc) followed by manual sorting on a vibrating table.
