CHATEAU HAUT-GUIRAUD
PÉCHÉ DU ROY

Red Wine - A.O.C. Côtes de Bourg
Grand vin de Bordeaux

The garnet and black colour of its dress already heralds a wine of character that presents itself expressive and complex on the nose, opening onto fruity and then toasted flavours. Beautifully constituted, this "Péché du Roy" 2016 is characterized by a large volume in the mouth, with smooth, long and very elegant tannins.

Destemming, maceration 16 days for merlot and malbec and 12 days for cabernet sauvignon, vinification temperature 27°, malolactic fermentation in new barrels, medium heating. Aged in barrels for 14 months, indigenous yeast, pneumatic pressing. Very low sulphur content (SO2) during breeding, maintained at 16 mg/l free.
